From Jesi:

I work with clients to care for them and nurture their health.  I help them feel confident that they are getting the best of medical care by accompanying them to doctor and hospital appointments, and asking the right questions.

As an RN, I am able to advocate for certain tests that help identify an underlying cause of an ailment.  I also work with physicians and pharmacists to evaluate the effectiveness and harmfulness of numerous prescriptions.  Many older adults are overmedicated, and suffering from side effects of their medications.

By getting to the actual cause of the health condition, I am able recommend changes in lifestyle to help my clients.  With these changes, many clients are able to stop taking some or all of their medications, with physician approval, of course.

To help clients manage their health with fewer prescriptions, I teach them the benefits of using natural food as medicine.  I strongly believe that food is the key to one’s health.

Take a step towards peace of mind and better health.
